I absolutely love these blinds. What a great value. They were really easy to install, all the parts were there, they came in a timely fashion and the shipping was free!! I was able to shade 5 windows for under 200.00 dollars. Couldn't be happier!!

The blinds look wonderful in our house. We were worried that the color would not work out to well but they matched with the trim in the house. Also the workers cut the blinds down to perfect size. We ordered the blinds on a Sunday and they were at the house on Wednesday. Thank you for the quick service.

Higher quality than I expected. Some of the measurements length was a bit higher or lower than I indicated, one doesn't rest on the sill, most of the others have 2 or 3 slats of length extra which makes it so when you close the blinds it looks a bit funny. Also had some that were chipped along the edges as though the saw used to cut them was dull (a couple had large chips).

However, my nitpicks are just those. Most people wouldn't even notice, and certainly not anyone who has casually come over and admired the blinds. These blinds are very sturdy and heavy. The hardware is also very sturdy, and I have no expectations that they will ever fall or the brackets break.

These are Made In China, which is a disappointment as I believe that it is worth supporting American Workers when possible. If you don't care about that, I would recommend these. They are nice blinds, open and close easily.

We just purchased a home that is 12 years old and was in need of all new window coverings. We were doing them one or two at a time at Home Depot until I found Blind Chalet online. My husband and I were both worried about ordering online but were very please when they arrived. The cost was about 1/3 of the big stores. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
